ASAN is seeking reviewers to read and evaluate abstract submissions for our 2026 Addiction Nursing Conference, which will be held August 6-8 in Disney Springs, Florida.


Criteria Needed to Apply

  • Current membership in the American Society of Addiction Nursing
  • Doctoral Degree
  • Evidence of expertise in substance use disorders/addiction/behavioral/process addictions, psychiatric/mental health nursing
  • If you meet these criteria and would like to be considered for selection, please fill out the Reviewer Information Application Form and submit it by December 5, 2025. Selected reviewers will be notified by January 4, 2026.
*Please note that you can submit an abstract for the 2026 Conference and still be eligible to serve as a reviewer*

Time frame for reviews

  • Reviews begin: January 12, 2026
  • Reviews completed: April 1, 2026
